Simple script update that adds IgnoreFriendlyHits at the same time as they become a teammate. Follower frameworks usually add this, but if you don't use one this lets you have that benefit

This applies to the main vanilla follower and pet. If you already have a follower or pet hired in your game, you need to dismiss/re-recruit them for them to become forgiving

The script includes the changes USLP made. IgnoreFriendlyHits is the only change done to it
