This is a small underground house for the player in Solitude. It comes with a bed, a few working bookshelves, a mannequin, plenty of storage, a weapon rack, a cooking pot, and an alchemy and enchanting tables. Live in modest luxury while you save up to buy Proudspire Manor. It located behind the Winking Skeever.

I built this a long time ago for myself, but I figure I better put it out there for others to enjoy. It doesn't need any additional mods or DLCs to function. It should be compatible with most other Solitude mods since it's entrance is in the alley behind the Winking Skeever.
I won't be doing updates for this mod.
