Fixes a minor visual glitch found after you kill Alduin.

After killing Alduin, dust starts falling from the sky. For some reason, this effect lets you see the edges of the skybox shimmering through the ground. Fixed it. Since it's only seen once in the whole game, I'm not surprised no one ever fixed this bug.
Installation:
Drop the .esp file into the "Data" folder, or just install via a mod manager.
Compatibility:
The ESP file edits a registry I've never seen used by modders. I bet there are next to no incompatibilities. If you're running close to that 255 cap, go ahead and merge it with something random, I doubt it would hurt anything.
