Probably it includes it. This is only a texture, rememeber you can select which mod overrides the other with MO and Vortex. If you didnt know, you can prefiew file contents in the files section, there you will see the folders of the mods, unless its contained in a BSA or ESP file, you can see if its textures, meshes or whatever.

Point being the texture might already look fabulous for me or does this add some good meshes for the mortar?
