Needs corresponding perks. Should be compatible with mods that bypass this, since I just copied the normal bolt recipes.
Feedback and suggestions are welcome as long as no one tells me it's unrealistic.

Removed quest and forge location requirements. You still need to have the corresponding perks.
Added patch for Legendary Skyrim Crossbows and Bows. Outdated, but as far as I can tell the only bolt type missing is the Companions faction ones. Will add in a separate patch later, or update the current patch, or something
