Adds snow to interior cities by using CK Now there isn't an immersion break every time you enter a city with a winter mod.
Cities edited are Riften, Whiterun, Markarth, Solitude.
This was made because changes to cities was missing in Climates of Tamriel,
or something in my modlist was editing those changes.
Recreation of a my special edition mod, but used a different method to reduce the file size.
If another mod uses these assets you might have snow in interiors. Some rocks will not be snowy in towns. There will be some patches without snow if you use open cities, but the buildings and most of the land will be snowy.
