Makes spell tomes rarer. Fixed a fixed a bug that caused single tomes to appear in copies of 5+. Hopefully, this is the last time I have to fix the same bug. I hate levelled lists.

Edits 4 formlists in Apocalypse Spell Package to prevent a minor soft conflict with USLEEP that causes double-up on tomes in merchant inventory. Doesn't require the main file. Heavily recommended if Apocalypse is used with the main file. .zip reupload.
