Completely overhauls the layout of Breezehome in Whiterun to be more open and less claustrophobic.
Install on a new save, or prior to entering Breezehome for the first time!
No more cobwebs and clutter prior to buying upgrades.
The living room area in front now has an arcane enchanter and alchemy lab.
The kitchen has been moved to the rear, and has an oven, cookpot, and fireplace.
The dining area in the center has a nicer table, and some storage.
The loft has a small armory with a few weapon cases and an armor mannequin.
The upstairs bedroom has been converted to a loft and cleaned up.
Upstairs can be fitted either with a library with plenty of bookshelves (select Alchemy Lab from the steward), or a small bedroom for two children.
Lydia's quarters has been moved downstairs and has an extra armor mannequin.
