Don't you want a merchant follower?
This is a simple Vanilla Skyrim mod but works with all DLCs and with all Mods.
He/She is follower and always with you if you want.
He/She is merchant and you can buy/sell in everywhere and when do you want.
He/She is very rich. He/She has more than 65000 golds.
He/She is nord, essential and marriageable.
You can find him/her infront of the Breezehome in Whiterun.
May be he/she is at the Bannered Mare for dinner or wandering in the city.
You can give him/her better armor if you want him/her to be your follower,
because he/she has merchant outfit only.

Health : 1000
Magicka: 1000
Stamina: 1000
Energy : Full
Combat Style: Random
Height : 1.0
Weight: 0.0
He/She is ready to learn spells. You can teach him/her with AFT for example.
He/She may lives in your any home with MHYH if you want.
Install
Open the zip file and move or copy, paste the bsa and esp files to your
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\Steamapps\Common\Skyrim\Data folder.
Uninstall
Delete the bsa and esp files from your Data folder.
Or Use any Organizer.
