This mod adds the "Spelltome: Summon Arvak" to merchants that sell all spells, e.g. farengar (all vendors with the LitemSpellTomes00AllSpells loot package).

Description
Do you make a lot of skyrim characters? Are you tired of going through the entire Dawnguard questline just to get Arvak for the 100th time? If so, then this "mod" is for you. Purchase a spelltome which teaches you to summon Arvak. The spelltome can be purchased from Farengar in Dragonsreach, Nelacar in The Frozen Hearth inn in Winterhold, and most other merchants that sell mixed sorts of spells for a base value of 1000 gold, meaning that if you have no perks invested in speech, the tome should cost you 3000 gold.
2nd mainfile is a cheaper version, with a base value of 350 gold, meaning it should cost about 1000 gold.
