Adds a Wood Elf follower with three voice types, Vanilla, Teen and Custom to the game. In CBBE and UUNP body types.

I haven't done a teen follower nor Elf in awhile and thought it was due since a few projects are keeping me busy. Still honing my skills in the custom voice area and I think I'm getting much better. For Janessa's custom voice I used the Female Even Toned files and ran them through a Voice Morphing Tool and edited them further. A painstaking process but the results were to my liking. In my opinion, custom voiced followers do not need 5000 lines or whatever to be good. I prefer them to have enough lines to be somewhat functional and even though Janessa is in Beta Mode for the voice she definitely was covered in most of the areas surrounding her voice. You will either love her or grow to hate her but either way, it will keep ya busy while I work on other projects.
Stats:
Race: Wood Elf
Location: Cragslane Cavern (coc cragslanecavern01 (When teleporting turn around shes by the front door.)
Voices: Vanilla (Even toned), Teen (triptherifts version), and Custom
Body: Leyenda Skin 4K was used in BOTH CBBE and UUNP versions. (Less than a few minutes and you can change this!)

Marriageable (the Custom voiced version has no marriage dialogue yet.) And she was created to be in the 18-19yo range so save the comments.
Combat: Three combats are used Melee, Ranged, and Magic with Flames and Sparks for Spells.

F.A.Q
1. Before complaining in the forums if you use AFT it will need to be cleaned (It has dirty edits) with TSE5Edit and this follower placed above it in load order. If you have no idea on how to do this TSE5's website shows you how.
2. Before demanding changes such as smaller boobs or less demanding textures on your system consider the work Mod Authors put into their mods and realize simple changes such as swapping out the Meshes and or Textures is pretty easy and I even have a tutorial in my files showing you how.
3. Lame posts such as "it's not working" or otherwise will be ignored and or deleted. The Nexus Team did not create a bug report section to make the website look pretty. Your issues will NOT get noticed more quickly either. Be considerate and post any screwups I made in the right section thus NOT flooding the Forums with senseless post's.
4: MOST IMPORTANT, your trolling and or derogatory posts such as "my dog has a cuter face" ( I see this everywhere), do not make you look special and or "bad to the bone". You actually look like an idiot to others who enjoy the work of Mod Authors. Keep in mind that this is a hobby for most of us and it is NOT the kind of look that the Nexus Team wants. Save the Kindergarten behavior for Miss Hanna's class and respect the people that create crap for YOU free.
