This mod adds a ring that allows you to instantly cast any spell.

The ring equips to middle-finger (slot 58 or 59) so you can still wear vanilla rings. Also, it can be crafted at the forge.
***** Bug/Fix *****
Firing lightning spells to rapidly may cause them to stop all together. All others work fine. If this happens, just save and reload or move to another cell
