Fix DSR full screen scale with bBorderless=0 (true native full screen)
Fix DSR scaling issue with FullScreenMode=1 (windowed fullscreen mode) for Witcher3

Installation: Copy Dsr_scale_fix.exe to Skyrim game folder.
Use Dsr_scale_fix.exe to launch game
Also support: Fallout4, Witcher3

Available command line arguments: -SF 0,0,0,0 -DSR Width Height
(-SF and 0,0,0,0 for Skyrim/Fallout4 only)
use -DSR Width Height to run game without modify game config
use -SF to fix vertical stretching
0,0,0,0 custom options (can help in some cases)
Valid range of values for 0,0,0,0 is 0 and 1 (you can experiment)
Examples:
You can create shortcut for Dsr_scale_fix and add needed arguments...
Dsr_scale_fix.exe 1,0,0,0 -DSR 2715 1527
Dsr_scale_fix.exe -SF -DSR 2715 1527
Dsr_scale_fix.exe 0,1,0,1
Do not use -SF with any 0,0,0,0
