The bug was result of Shader Flages 1 haveing SLSF1_FaceGen_RGB_Tint in BSLightingShaderProperty for NiTriShape's ConUpperGlow and ConLowerGlow unchcking it for both fix's the crashing in menu and fist persion.i just edit the NIF files with NIFScope.
