First mod I've ever made. Nothing too special, just a simple editing on the Vanilla Ranger Perk from Archery Tree.

Permissions and credits
This mod only changes the Vanilla Ranger Perk on the Archery Tree. 
The ONLY change made was to the benefit it gives, so it's not a reworked/changed perk. You can call it "upgraded" or even "fixed", depends on how you look at the original Vanilla perk.

In Vanilla, the Ranger perk is as follows: Ranger - Able to move faster with a drawn bow.
I changed it to: Ranger - Able to move normally with a drawn bow.

Noticed the difference? Rather small, but rather impactful.
The movement speed boost received in the Vanilla perk was, in my honest opinion, lackluster. Yes, it was good to improve your dodge chances against most enemies and could lessen out the fact that most Archer builds are squishy. Also most of them are stealth related with Conjuration/Sneak as secondary trees, since this combination makes pretty much the most OP bow builds.

This is kinda annoying if you, like me, prefer the true Archer. The one that snipes enemies from far away, but can also clear whole packs of enemies in close quarters combat with a single bow and some arrows, while dodging them for days.

In Vanilla, this CAN work, since the AI is really dumb and just attacks you, without caring if you're trying to dodge or not. But isn't very satisfying, because sometimes you will hit get due to the way Turning Attacks work and enemies will hit you, even if you're supposed to dodge.
It's NOT your fault, that's just the way Turning Attacks work and there are mods that fix it. While this is acceptable,  dodging everything and trying not to get hit by something that you can't control feels clunky and disappointing.

The REAL problem comes in if you decide to up your difficulty with some combat mods, such as Combat Evolved , Deadly Combat or Ultimate Combat. This perk becomes rather useless, since the movement speed boost isn't enough, because the AI will dodge and follow you much more accurately, while "avoiding" your dodge/attack attempts.

Make no mistake, this change doesn't make you a Dodge God of any kind, but it helps mitigate the "I'm stupid and don't know how to run and aim a bow." kinda feel. I've used it alongside Combat Evolved + Ultimate Combat and I've had a lot of fun. Every dodge feels rewarding and I've found myself enjoying being one shot by a Giant and ragdolled into space because it was MY fault.

It will conflict with any mod that changes the perk. If you want my mod to take effect, put it lower than the other perk mod.

Note: "normally" refers to your base WALKING speed, not while pressing Shift (slow walking) or Alt (running), so if you have mods that make you walk faster/slower through any means, the perk will use that same speed while you have your bow drawn.

P.S: I've also tinkered with the Slow Time shout, because my current Archer build uses it as a last resort for tough situations. Combined, the player can move more freely with a bow drawn and is no longer affect by the Slow Time Effect. To compensate, the duration of the shout was reduced. Tell me if you'd like me to make this public or even put both tweaks together for you.

Open to any suggestions and only doing this for fun :D But beware, I'm fairly noob in modding with CK/TES5Edit, so don't overdo on the requests.

EDIT#1:

Added the Slow Time + Ranger Perk Fix file. There's 2 versions:

FAIR version - Shout duration reduced to 3s/6s/9s.
DODGY version - Shout duration reduced to 4s/8s/12s

Played with both, FAIR feels much more realistic and makes you have to be quick on your feet, even while time is slowed down.
DODGY is for those playing really squishy or on high dificulties, but I personally like it less because it's more "forgiving".
