Disables Fast Travel unless the player is in a Rested/Well Rested/Lover's Comfort state.
I had an idea for this small thing while working on a different mod and figured it's a good start of my bright modding carrier. Heh
Incompatibilities
TTYM - Think To Yourself Messages - place my mod below in load order.

- TravelWellRested (no changes to skill increase),
- TravelWellRested_NoSkill (removes bonuses to skill increase),
- TravelWellRested_MarriageOnly (only lover's comfort gives bonus to skill increase)
Description
Disables Fast Travel unless the player is in a Rested/Well Rested/Lover's Comfort state.
- Rested effect duration reduced to 6 hours.
- Well Rested and Lover's Comfort duration increased to 10 hours.
- Tavern beds are less comfy now. You only get a Rested effect from sleeping in Inns.
- Safe to use with Lover Stone ability.
- Lore friendly notification.
- No DLC version available.
