Update:
version 2.0 is now up. it fixed a problem where the vendor did not pay the player for items bought. sorry to anyone who lost ingame gold. let me know in the comments if anyone else has any problems with the new file. thanks.
Mod Description:
You can find Captain James Grundy at the East Empire Docks just outside of Solitude. He has 500 each of the following items for sale
salt pile
garlic
wheat
all types of ore
leather
leather strips
he will also buy anything you have to sale and has alot of gold to barter with, and offers his services 24 hours a day
To install just download and unzip the file into your skyrim/data folder. enjoy.
