This is my Proudspire Manor in Solitude.
Added 4 single beds in 2 rooms for followers.
Crafting stations, clean floor and some changes.
Smelter to the outside. There was no smelter in Solitude.

This is my Proudspire Manor in Solitude.
I've added 4 single beds in 2 rooms for followers.
Crafting stations, clean floor and some changes.
Woodchopping & Smelter at the outside. There was no smelter in Solitude.

You need Hearthfire DLC.
Housecarl's bedroom isn't furnished in the basement.
You can use the console commands if you want to fix this problem.
Go outside first. Then write on console:
prid e25d4
enable
prid e273a
disable
or you can write on console:
bat fix
Turn back to inside and you'll see the furnished Housecarl's bedroom.
You can delete the fix.txt file from Data folder, after you fixed the housecarl's bedroom.
