This is just a simple mod that changes the movement speed for Players, Npcs, and horses to be a little more realistic.

Note: I made this using the Skyrim Speeds application (https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/1603) I give most of the credit to the creator of the mod.
What this changes:
Player/NPC movement speed:
Sprinting speed: 500 --> 425 (-15.00%)
Walking speed: 80.1 --> 100 (+24.84%)
Running speed: 370 --> 335 (-9.46%)
Walk sneaking speed: 047.2 --> 50 (+5.93%)
Sneaking speed: 222 --> 170 (-23.42%)
Horse movement speed:
Walking speed: 125.11 --> 138 (+10.30%)
Running speed: 450 --> 495 (+10.00%)
Sprinting speed: 600 --> 700 (+16.67%)
Swimming speed: 210 --> 380 (+80.95%)
