Daryl is created as an Imperial with bow and arrows. I'm sorry that he has no crossbow yet - I couldn't add one, because when I do, the game crashes. But you can give him a crossbow with some bolts - he will use it, as long as you don't give him any better weapon. ;) You will find him in the "Bee and Barb" in Riften. Skyrim SE compatible.
