you are using a number of cooldown effects, spells, shrines, clothes, or other mods then. The point of this mod is that you dont have to do that.

Isn't it kind of OP with Thunderchild + Ordinator?

What mods you chose to have is up to you. With my mod you dont need additional mods or items to lessen shout cooldown. You can either not put points into it with those two mods - or edit them a little using xedit. But ultimatly its your call. This mod wasnt built for other mods it was built for base skryim.

Seriously? Maybe it's different in SE.

That's good, I guess because the squeaking sound effect present in Classic Skyrim is so annoying.

I thought you did these shouts just right so it doesn't feel like I'm cheating Thank you!

hahah xD thanks again! Yes I felt like this was a lightweight perfect balance mod compared to others out there which feel OP by making shouts have individualized cool downs so you can spam 5 damage shouts together - or mods that adds tons of new abilities and effects and scripts and just take it to far.

sweet! all your mods look great!
you ever think of adding a knockback to whirlwind sprint? i used a mod that had a nice knockback, but your forward momentum was abruptly stopped when u ran into a person. then i used another mod that didn't stop the momentum (u just kinda ran through them), but it had no knockdown. always wanted a whirlwind shout that had both.
not too much damage, but the knockback and momentum would look the most realistic for zooming through groups of people lol

That's actually a pretty fun idea, and would be doable i think I can look into future implementation of this kind of effect. To be clear I would just add an independent condition which would state that when you hit someone with whirlwind sprint hits the person with the force of the 3rd word of unrelenting force.

yeah it's really fun. i just haven't found the combination solution i've been looking for yet. here's a few i'd used so maybe their implementation might help...
      Whirlwind's Edge

the one that did not stop your momentum. that part was great, but it had this shader effect that didn't fire quick enough, added scipt load, and u never saw it when it did fire unless in 3rd person and reeeeally trying to see it. it was just unnecessary script load. but the unstoppable momentum was NICE!

      https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/50401 adds stagger
https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/31999 adds a cloak effect. i know cloaks aren't the best to use and can be unstable.

i was messing w/ all those and trying to tweak their features into 1 working mod. it's was months ago and i gave up because i'm lousy lol, but i was going for different effects for diff word levels. if i recall, no stop momentum for all 3 words. small damage for word 1 (damage really should be the least important effect of a shout that speeds u thru people like a juggernaut, but having some is fine). word 2 would stagger. word 3 knockback like Unrelenting but lesser.
anyway, that's what i was going for, but never finished it. what i had going tho did make Whirl my fave shout to use! can see if i can find it if ya want, but i'm sure you'd do much better

Skyrim Re-Engaged with my personal tweaks. The version of the enb in the video is old. A newer version of the ENB is up which is much better due to point lighting etc that has been added. im not sure if he released the enb for LE but its on SE.

Is this compatible with Individualized Shout Cooldowns. (Both the SKSE Plugin/ESP versions?)

I do not have Skyrim LE installed on my PC anymore - all you have to do is load my mod and the mod in question in the Skyrim editor tool available on nexus and see if there are any red overlapping files, and if there are you can drag and drop the values from one file over to the other creating your own patch even if you like. On a guess I would think that yes our mods are compatible just load mine after his.
