Donation Points system
This mod is not opted-in to receive Donation Points
Just simple edit to the staff of Jyrik Gauldurson that adds the script for the passive to the staff. USLEEP fixes this but I noticed when using unique item mods that change the look of the staff they override the change. This edits JUST the staff and only needs Skyrim.esm, I only looked inside ULSEEP to see what they did so you don't need it for this change.
All credit goes to the USLEEP peoples for their work sniffing this hidden passive out.
