Adds a new Inn to a road just outside of dawnstar.

Main Info:
A new Inn has appeared on the map, one that will bring shame to those farmhouse-like Inn's that are already in the game, The Wyvern Waystone Inn.
Also, don't worry about the spirit in the dwemer vase.
Location:
next to the road leading out of the southern part of dawnstar.
Unique Features:
- invisible seating markers (4 in total)
- everything is static
- a signable guestbook
- a spirit in a dwemer vase
Todo:
- finish upstairs area
- fix navmeshing
- fix guestbook scripting issue
- add npc's
- add custom sign outside
- MORE CLUTTER!!!

I'm looking for someone to help me add a quest to this mod about why it has "waystone" in the name
and why there is a spirit in the dwemer vase.
