This is a tool to view / edit NPC/player faction. This should be considered as a Dev tool : if you don't know what you are doing, you'll break your saves.

It’s basically 2 spells, one for the npc, one for the player. Once cast it'll display all factions that the target belongs to. The list display 3 things:
•    Faction ID ( 0x01234567 )
•    Faction name (if available)
•    Faction rank : the rank of the target in this faction

Those 2 spells are directly available under the Alteration tab. The self-version is for the player, the second is for a target.

Some faction may display with a name, while other may not : not all faction have name. Some faction may have a strange and long name (for example guards). To view the rank, just select the faction and in the prompt to change the value you’ll see the actual value (don’t change it;))

Select one of this faction in the list, and you can edit the rank in the faction. Value should be between -127 and 128. A message is displayed in the upper left corner after the modification (telling you if there is a change or not).

If you don't want to change the value, just accept (enter / A) don't cancel the input. By validating the input, the mod will detect there is no change, and will do nothing (except saying there is no change). If you cancel, the value inputted will be 0, and MAY LEAD TO A CHANGE IN FACTION RANK

You can't add a faction thru this mod (thus adfac in console is very convenient ;) ) You can use the faction ID provided in the list for that.

Be very careful, this is more a development tool that a common tool to use: you can easily break your save or a mod by doing random modifications. I develop this tool to help me debugging, but it seems it may help other, so that why I’m sharing it
