So I think this is how it goes: We have 2 files: First: Males of Skyrim USLEEP Replacer & Second: Males of skyrim USLEEP
If you have USLEEP you use the second version If you don't have USLEEP, use the first
Edit: I was wrong.
So when you install Males of Skyrim, you get an .esp file. Then you would install the USLEEP patch but then you get one more .esp. So the Males of Skyrim USLEEP Replacer does what it says in its name. Instead of having 2 .esp files you only have one. So install Males of Skyrim and then install the Males of Skyrim USLEEP Replacer so it overwrites the original .esp and you only have one .esp file now.
Is it possible to use this mod in sse (manual installation)? There was a loose version before (which I currently use) and that one sort of works. Thanks!
For anybody reading this, you have to manually change the body in this mods meshes/textures folders with the ones in sos. This mod uses a different male body and is not standalone.

Hope it is a good "guide".
