As many bandit say, wizard of the College actually got that power.
This MOD add spell which can turn wood to gold.
There are two person who tried to make this spell.
One is grandpa Tolfdir, the master of Alteration of Winterhold College.
Another is the bandit chief of Halted Stream Camp.
Their results are written in research notes beside each spell tomes.
How to learn
Take spell tome at Hall of Attainment in the College or inside Halted Stream Camp.
