This mod simple repleace verdant ugly river grass with pretty flowers. No esp, clean and easy.

One grass is called solojunco in Vardant is too bright in some ENB, this kind of grass usually show up near lakes and rivers. They block all your ground and rock textures and too luminous than other object.
This mod requires Verdant version 2.2: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/60220
Installation:
for NMM user--- use NMM or put them in the data folder of X\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Skyrim
for MO user--- find Verdent folder in OM mod folder, replace the files
