I feel like the reflection map in the eyes is larger than normal or something, but I can only notice it if I wear her face like a Texas Chainsaw mask and stand side by side. It's so strange, but I'm ok with it.
Armored version is up. This was a large and complicated update for me, mostly involving stuff I have no place being allowed near and have never done before. Chances are good that something got missed or screwed up. Should this be the case, let me know, remain calm, and I'll get it fixed one way or another.
Added prebuilt and bodyslide files for CBBE users. There may be some panty clipping under extreme poses but you shouldn't really be looking up there anyways. Let me know if there are any other issues or if something got screwed up packaging the files or whatever. Since there's been zero complaints on the UUNP versions I'm guessing everything works just fine so far, no news is good news.
Published 1.5, which has small fixes and improvements across the board for all versions. As before, let me know if files got mixed up in the hysteria or your wife left with the dog or whatever, and I'll get it straightened out.
Lain has a look of quality. I can tell just to look at her that she has grace, class and a confidence in her demeanor that says, "You can count on me." I only met her briefly but all the signs were there that she's going to be a dynamite follower! I ran her through the paces with AFT, RDO, Amorous Adventures (when all the initial dialogue checks out I know it's going to work), made sure she was picking up the FNIS, sexy idle and facial expression animation mods and a grand assortment of other follower specific mods. Lain is firing on all cylinders for sure! The armor was awesome for heavy armor but I can't have her giving our position away every 10 minutes like Lydia used to do in VanillaRim when I was still trapped in console land. I custom tweak all my followers and can easily re-tweak them again later. At present Lain is an ultimate silent ranged killer who's as beautiful as she is deadly! THANK YOU!!! THANK YOU!!! She's really very lovely. So lovely in fact that I stole her face and put it on the Caesia follower's head, who is now about 10x more likable. It seems to fit her well. Now I get a caustic personality AND Lain's face. Best of all worlds!
I dunno, a single 4Mb core file and she's still about as bright as Galmar and can get lost in a square room. Maybe I just always meant she was a moron(!)
Pretty sure you could add her to the PotentialMarriage faction without problems, the voicetype seems to support it/have dialogue cues for that, far as I know. I'm thinking she is about the last person you would want to give a ring or the keys to your house though, so wasn't really intending to push that as a change.
Yes the voice type has the marriage dialogues. You can add her to the marriage faction via the CK or TESVEdit or, you should be able to do it from the console in-game. Select her in the console and type : addfac 19809 1
