About this mod
This mod rebalances or changes the effects of many "Artifact" items based on lore, past games, and personal preference. It also fixes some bugs associated with a few of them.

This mod is an overhaul of several artifacts in the game. I wanted to make some of the lesser used
artifacts a bit stronger so that they would be a viable choice. I also wanted some artifacts to be more specialized
so that they weren't better in all scenarios than others. Changes were made with balance, lore, and effects from previous games in mind.
Most items have been given unlimited charge, to give them an edge versus crafted items.
Requires Dawnguard and Dragonborn.

Enchant changed from (leveled chance to summon a sphere or spider for 60 seconds) to (guaranteed sphere summon for 5 minutes).
---Auriel's Bow---
Damage changed to be on par with daedric bow.
Enchant changed from (10 sun damage to all and 20 sun damage to undead) to (5 sun dam to all and 30 sun dam to undead)
Removed taper on SundamageUndead magic effect.

Increased the strength of the ward from (50) to (150), so it should be able to stand up to Centurion Steam attacks.

Changed enchant from (+50 magicka, Cojuration spells cost 25% less, Health and Stamina regen 75% slower)
