Description:

Well simply this mod changes how the game feels. It's going to be deadly. You will die a lot, then you will die some more. The damage you take and the Damage enemies take has been edited for realism and immersion. No more do you hit an enemy 100 times and barely put a dent in their health. All NPC health has been normalized.  Some NPC's will have greater health. For example a Dragon will have 750 health(Vs ~1000 vanilla). But that's about the strongest enemy in the game. Most enemies will have less than 110 health and all humanoids(Elves, Orcs, khajiit, Nords, Bretons, Imperials, Redguards, and Argonians) have 100 health.  The weapon damage has not been modified, so killing a humanoid at level 1 is about 5-6 hits, and once fully leveled in One Handed will take ~2-3 hits.

Detailed Changes:
  • Arrow damage has been normalized around 12dmg( at level 1 ) .
  • Arrow speed and drop will change depending on what kind of arrow you are using.
  • All character classes have been changed to not add to health but to other areas per level up.
  • Maximum percentage of damage reduction for blocking upped to 100%. ( Still doesn't block 100% of the incoming damage for some reason...)
  • Health option removed when leveling up as player (optional).
  • Sprint Drain multiplier changed from 7 to 3.
  • Changed experience required for level up. Progression is about the same, but total Experience needed from level 99 to 100 reduced about 600 points.(scales down obviously)
  • Edited all 5,099 Character templates to remove health offset.
  • Edited special NPC perks giving extra damage and health.
  • Arrow speed and fireballs/ice spikes have been increased ~110%.
  • Edited Race starting health of all races that had over 100 Starting Health.
  • Added optional long sword replacer. (Orcish, Imperial, Iron, Steel, Silver, Forsworn, Elven, and Dwarven.)
  • Added support for all DLCs
  • Upped Dragon health to ~750
  • Adds a Tang Gang Adventuring Company to the East of Whiterun.(Optional)
  • Disables the Kill-Cams for a more immersive and skill based combat experience.(Optional)
  • Adds optional mod for de-leveled Item Lists, enabling the player to purchase high level items from level 1+
  • Adds optional mod for higher Gold for Merchants.

Installation:

Just install via NMM :)

My Setup:
Playing on Adept is recommended as the damage values from NPC to player and player to NPC are not touched.

Placing locational damage after SCRO in the plugins list seems to fix locational damage. I have had strange occurances with locational damage loaded before SCRO.

***DISCLAIMER***
________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________
Installing this mod into a save with loads of exploration may cause issues. In my tests if your save game has loaded some enemies those enemies will have whatever health before installing the mod. It is recommended that you start a new game. All new spawned enemies will have the proper health just not already spawned ones.
________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________
Please ensure that SCRO-Base.esm is above the SCRO-DLCs in the load order, for some reason when installing, it automatically loads SCRO-Base.esm last... SO FRUSTRATING!!!!
________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________
DO NOTE, MANY MODS COULD HAVE ISSUES WITH THIS MOD. THIS MOD CHANGES EVERY NPC AND RACE. THEREFOR ANY MOD THAT ALTERS NPC'S AND OR RACES WILL EITHER HAVE TO BE HIGHER IN THE LOAD ORDER. EVEN THEN IT COULD STILL NOT WORK.
