Via a mod manager, or manually extract the archive and merge into the data folder.
Can be used with mountain/rock mesh mods such as One Mountain by Gamwich.
However, if the meshes are specially designed for their matching textures, the other textures may provide unexpected results like noticeable repeating patterns or wet/oily look etc.
