Mesh replacement for wrstairswater01.nif. Higher towers, better UVs and collision. Still relatively close to the vanilla asset in looks and size. More space on the ground behind the vendor stands.

Recreation the vanilla asset. Less wasted vertices, slightly more details yet lower memory footprint, new UVs. And the stones bases are slightly thinner, without razor shap angles anymore (less prone to split your head open if you trip over them).
