About this mod
This mod removes headgear for most Named NPCs. Renders Serana's hoodless. Changes vanilla outfits of Karliah and Rayya. This mod should be used on a new game, check forums tab for more info.

I made this mod for me, specifically to complement the mod Botox for Skyrim. Anyone can use this mod, though i can't imagine there would be very much appeal outside of using it with Botox. This mod removes head gear for most named NPCs. Argonians,Khajiits,Elderly,Children,and most Orcs are not included.
In addition to removing headgear on most named NPCs this mod also renders Serana's hood invisible, Changes Karliah and Rayya vanilla outfit(no headgear) in a manner to be compatible with NPC replacer mod. I do not recommend adding this mod to a current playthrough, This mod should be played with a new game. failure to do so will result in, all ready encountered, NPCs being barefoot and even sometimes declothed.
Load Order: This mod must be loaded before NPC replacer/overhaul mods, unless you fancy the potato face. Other mods that references NPCs touched by this mod , such as Immersive Weapons and ETAC should also have my mod loaded above/before allowing those mods to retain the changes they make to specific NPCs, especially ETAC which adds a Home and a Merchant shop to 2 of the NPCs in this mod along with the AI for those 2 NPCs to utilize new House/Shop. Check the forums tab for clear cut info on how to easily apply my changes over to those mods so that you can get have all the spoils.
Latest file is final for Base Mod, I will add an optional file shortly that will include "capeless" outfits for Serana and Valerica. My HDT armor replacer mod does not like those outfits.
