I would concentrate on perfecting your mod rather than messing with the quest. From Potema to Fort Dawnguard, Cidna Mine to Unbound etc., there are many mods that require a prerequisite to have been completed. I simply load them in MO and activate when I desire (and maybe later deactivate, then running PDT after for safety). Definitely tracking this!
You could allow this to be installed permanently, so that you don't have to wait until you finish that quest. Could make it so that once you finish the quest, the door reference is deleted and replaced with a new door reference to your interior. This does look really cool, but unfortunately I will not use something that I have to disable at the start of the game. Hard to remember to do something like that, especially if youve been away from the game for a long period of time.
I would agree with the above, in that it would be great if it could be installed from the start, otherwise it looks quite interesting. Do members of court come to hang out in the evening hours at all?
Also, a bathing area would be nice, should you wish to add to this.
i will give those patrol pakages to memmbers of court. Speakinf of baths, there is a perfect mod for that part : https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/18811
