In Whiterun,behind Arcadia's Cauldron,College Of Winterhold has opened its subsidiary,which teaches basic magic.
There are two new NPC's,Vincent and Consuela.Consuela sells New spellbooks and two new enchanted jewelry pcs.
Vincent is an Adept alteration traineer.
The following spells are new :
1. Stimulate Self - Magicka Resistance 100% for 30 sec.
2. Stimulate Other - All Nearby Allies Have 100% Resistance To Magicka For 30 sec.
3. The False Mirror - Reflect Non Magic Damage To Enemy For 15 Sec. In Magnitude Of 100%
4. Material Fury - Increased Weapon Speed Attack By 300% For 30 Sec.
5. Venerate – Charm All Nearby People,Restore Health And Fortify Health reg. By 100%
The new enchanted items :
Ring Of Dragonborn & Amulet Of Dragonborn - which combined together are signifficantly effective against dragons :)
There is also an Staff Enchanter there,fell free to use it.
+ a little suprise for Mara followers :)
Version 1.6 I added Welkynd Stones to Consuela's sell list.And also two students : Clara and Tuomas.
