K747 PATCHES for PLAYER HOMES
I adore player homes and most of my playthroughs center around cherry picking the best and applying some special sauce. I tweak them and add various QOL fixes such as Navmesh, pathfinding errors, collision markers, optimization, lighting, statics etc - though sometimes I move the whole shebang across the map. I have other favourite home builders and I have a page for Elianora here and Clef J here. I also have a lot of other mods available for ETaC like patches with JK and tweaks to Lighting plus alternate textures for the villages.

Nightshade Haven
This gorgeous player home in Riften is almost perfect but I wanted access to it without having to go scurrying through the tunnels under Riften. My solution was to add another door in the Ratway. This file also requires Dawn Of Skyrim.
I also repaired Navmesh and tidied up the portals and room bounds.
LOAD ORDER:
DawnOfSkyrim-AllMajorCities.esp
HAUS.esp

REQUIREMENTS:
You need to download the original mods then use my edited HAUS.esp plugin to overwrite/replace the original.

Leaf Rest on Lake Ilinalta
Leaf Rest maybe my favourite player home but with all my other Riverwood mods FPS was hurting. Rather than lose it I relocated and moved Leaf Rest down to the shores of Lake Ilinalta.
REQUIREMENTS:
You need to download the original mod for its resources but use my plugin etc to overwrite.

With some of the best lake views in Skyrim, Dream Of Moon Cabin is a must have. The original mod had a few issues so I patched them up, added some extras and I flipping love this place.
