What is this?
This mod does exactly what it says on the tin. It adds a new rune spell, governed under the Restoration skill, which uses the same effect as Dawnbreaker's enchantment; "Meridia's Retribution". Like Dawnbreaker, it causes a small amount of fire damage on contact, and undead killed by it's effects have a chance to explode, killing or turning other undead.
This is the standalone version of the same spell I will be implementing as a research reward in my custom follower mod Lielle - Rose of the North. I'm releasing it as a separate mod, for those of you out there who don't want "yet another follower mod" in their load order.
How do I get it?
The spell tome can be found on a barrel in your quarters at the College of Winterhold, in the Hall of Attainment. It is an Adept-level Restoration spell, so you might not be able to cast it often, until you've trained up your Restoration.
