You can tweak the maximum pickpocket chance with this mod.
Just check the files and select one you want.
Default with NMM is the 100% version.
Installation
Use NMM or install manually. Uninstall the old version, since i changed the name of the .esp to just overwrite if you plan on changing the new 3 ones ive uploaded now.
