This mod adds Vector Hyllus (based off the SWTOR character), an Imperial swordsman to the Silverblood Inn in Markarth.
He is more or less standalone despite the need for 'RDO' (Relationship Dialogue Overhaul) because of his unique voice type (MaleElfHaughty).
Please refer to the 'instructions' readme and the required mods section to find out what you will need for this mod to work.
