The mod is an addon to Requiem - The Roleplaying Overhaul version 2.0.1
This mod contains the following fixes:

- Only members of the playable races (nords, elves, khajiit, argonians, etc.) drop "Blood" when killed by the player vampire. You can't feed by killing wolves anymore

- Gave a Health Offset of 100 to 3 NPCs: Valindor, Cairine, Haran. These are the possible candidates in the Volkihar quest "New Allegiances". Due to Requiems intense damage when feeding, these NPCs die, making this quest impossible to finish. With the added HP they should survive the bite. 2.0 supposedly fixes this issue by changing the bite effect itself. I haven't tested it myself, until then, I'll keep this portion of my mod intact. Since these are otherwise 3 inconsequential npcs, that minor hp boost won't affect gameplay either way.

- Fixed VL Vampire Drain based on the mod "Vampire Lord drain with Serana fixed". Both in vanilla and Requiem, when Serana is following you, you do considerable less damage with your drain in your Vampire Lord form. I've pulled the edits to those spells from the original Vampire Drain bugfix mod and copied the damage/cost values from Requiem. My own mod is basically a compatibility patch in theory, but you do not need the original bugfix mod, everything needed is contained in my esp. If you like the change, please endorse the original mod. In the end you have a vampire drain spell that works exactly as in Requiem, except it isn't ruined by Serana.

- Removed the breathing sound effect when emerging from underwater. As a vampire, you have permanent waterbreathing ability, since you are technically not breathing, since you are undead. If you want to disable this sound for when mortal players are under the effect of waterbreathing (via spells or potions) refer to mod: Waterbreathing Breathless Emerge by mitchalek. Mine only checks for vampire race, his checks for the waterbreathing effect itself.
I am undecided wether I should disable the other breathing effects (sprinting, bow aiming, etc) for vampires as well. Current version only deals with waterbreathing. 

Possible features that I may or may not work in the near or far future, or the past:
- Fix feeding on Vampire Cattles located in the castle. Currently they die when feeding on them, similarly to the 3 npcs above.
- Synchronization between Vampire Lord and human form stages. If you are starving in human form, transform into VL, feed on a few NPCs you should advance in the stages. This isn't happening currently.
- Permanently give the player the Vampire's Sight and Vampiric Drain abilities. Currently as you advance you always lose and regain these spells, thus you have to hotkey them. Maybe create a "stage 0" which you constantly have.
- Create UI icons to the stages. Since in Requiem you frequently change stages and the debuffs are pretty big, you have to constantly check your stage, which now you can only do when going to the magic tab. Having a simple active effect icon would make this much easier. This is an addon, not a bugfix, so should be optional.
