After a very Long time I have decided to UPDATE this mod.
instead of right away having 500% regen to Stam/Magika/HP to make it more balanced you now unlock more power based on your skills.
YES the skills MUST be activated

restoration:   00  (  15 points) 100% to all
restoration:   25  (  25 points) 200% to all
restoration:   50  (  50 points) 300% to all
restoration: 100  (100 points) 400% to all

Restoration Dual-casting: +100% to all regen and + 100 to stam/mp/hp
Regeneration: like dual-casting adds a further  +100% to all regen and + 100 to stam/mp/hp

Max regen to all 700%
Max HP/MP/STM 200 to all
Max Combat Healing +200%

also some other hidden formulas exist for learnt skills:
+500 to carry weight when conditions are met
+25 to damage when conditions are met
Well Rested Buff (Constant/Unending)
and More
