The problem with this, from an artistical point of view, is, that it gives much more saturation to the skin, which, in turn, makes it stand out too much. You would have to reduce skin texture saturation again, and this is simply not worth the work to fiddle around until you got it right again. So good mod idea in theory, but does not work out in practice for me.
I also noticed some pinkish body tint of Argonian/ Khajiit, but it would probably require scripts (more than modern brawl bug fix) to differentiate the shader color depending on race, so I gave up this idea to keep the mod light-weight and script-free as possible. Sorry for your inconvenience.
Because they ARE the same. This approach is completely uneffective. If you really want SSS in your game just use an ENB. If you can't use an ENB then don't bother with SSS at all.
