Love Karthside and thank you for releasing these resources for us to use!! I was sad to see that the shelf, xxTERKE_Static_Shelf01, that is under the stairs in the Lab of Karthside wasn't included, but I can't really complain with everything that is included!
I have noticed an issue I think. The ShelfDoorR mesh seems to have a messed up activation. With the left door, you can mouse over any area of the door and see the message, however the right door seems to only have a thin area on the right side that the message shows up. It goes all the way from top to bottom, but it maybe only goes about a quarter of the way across starting on the hinge side. I've tried running the mesh through NifOptimizer but that didn't help. (I thought since I'm using this piece in SSE that maybe I needed to). It seems to be the same way in Karthside Estate 2 as well when I COC'd into the Lab. Is that something that could be fixed or looked into?

you can just convert the meshes yourself with SSE NIF Optimizer https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/4089/? . I won't go through the trouble of always having to keep 2 versions of the resources and alwys converting everything, it's easy enough for modders to convert the stuff themselves.
I was under the impression that "You are not allowed to convert this file to work on other games under any circumstances" in permissions means we aren't allowed to use them for SSE.
Thanks for sharing these, i saw them the other day whilst checking out Karthside Estate 2 and was quite impressed with them, especially the glass sphere with the planets in. Im definitely going to be using them for my house mod.
