A small cottage near Dragon Bridge in the style of the Solitude Farmhouses.

This is a small cottage with non-respawning storage and ample crafting facilities. This house is especially handy for the book collector. It features 4 large bookshelves!
Interior is navmeshed. and follower-friendly. I have not worked with the exterior navmesh.
The decorations are all from Nexus creators. With so many fantastic resources, it was difficult to choose. The creativity and skill is greatly appreciated. The asset files are all included. Please see the Attribution directory for the individual collection ReadMe files. This mod contains only parts of the collections. Please see the links for the full files, and remember to endorse the very talented content creators, without whom, my mod would not be possible.
