Adds a estate near Solitude. A completely redone version of Karthside Estate.

Karthside Estate 2
This is the second version of my Karthside Estate. I have completely redone everything and finally fixed all the issues the first version had (hopefully). The Estate is located near the Solitude sawmill.
Features:
Main house:
- 1 bedroom for you and your spouse(s)
- 2 bedrooms for a total of 6 children (or more, depending on your stacking skills), compatible with Heartfire multiple adoption
- A kitchen
- A livingroom area
- A trophyroom (or a room with empty displays)
- A bathroom (shower and a bathtub(in seperate rooms(fancy)))
- 4 beds for unwanted followers (which they may or may not use)
- Decoration
- Light
- You also have some customization options in terms of color of certain things.

- Alchemy table
- Ingredient and potion storage
- Planters.
