Skooma, now even more addictive.

Continuation of the Addictive Skooma mod by Flammenwerfer35 which had not been changed since 2012, with even longer effects. 

Effect duration during skips depends on timescaling, in my game 1 Hour waiting counts as only 3min counter ingame time, so keep that in mind; depending on your local timescale, you may want to adjust the following values:

Positive effect lasts 18min (equals 6h waiting), during that time you have hyper stamina regeneration and run like a rabbit. However, the blur effect lasts more than twice as long, and the withdrawl effects take more than a whole day waiting to put off. As other users expressed their wish for the withdrawl to take -weeks-, I'll probably add such a file later. 

For those who want to do some tuning themselves, here are the INSTRUCTIONS:

Load "skooma.esp" as active file in the CKit.

Type "Skooma" in the search bar - that reduces everything on only the options you really need. 

If you want to change/add effects, you find those under Magic->Magic Effect. Those Effects with an "[...]S" are -secondary- effects and not visible in the UI. 

The potion itself is located at Magic->Potion->CLUTTER->Potions. There you find the Magnitude and Duration of the effects. I personally recommend keeping the Duration scaled as it is, but feel free to tweak it as you wish. 

The "Rate" values for the effect magnitude are odd because, for some reason, it only uses only 90% of the values, so Magnitude=(TargetValue/0.9). Don't ask me why. If anyone knows, let me know and I'll change it immediately :)
