I like the idea of making the ring useful but in my opinion the Shout and Undead enchantments don't make sense since the Silverbloods are not Dragonborn nor have they studied with the Greybeards, and they can't shout so they wouldn't need that enchantment in the first place.
I think the ring would be better suited improving Speechcraft and improve bartering because the Silverbloods are rich and influential people and this ring would testify to that. But regardless I think the idea is great to make unique but worthless items into something awesome.
I understand what you mean, particularly with the shout enchantment - I included that just because it's the enchantment from Talos amulet and shrines, and Silver-Bloods are presumably Talos worshippers. With regards the the undead effect, that's mostly to focus on the 'silver' aspect - since silver weapons are especially effective against undead, it makes sense that the Silver-Bloods would be as well, right? Also, it makes the enchantment unique rather than just a combination of generic vanilla enchants. With regards to speechcraft, would you suggest +15 Speechcraft or similar, or some % bartering? +15 speechcraft matches up with the Dibella amulet, which I guess sort of fits since the Dibellan temple is in Markarth. Also, would you say the smithing enchant is reasonable? Silver-Bloods don't produce weapons and armour as far as I know, although that is the vanilla enchantment.
Completely forgot about silver hurting undead, in the vanilla game I never use silver weapons because they're crap lol. That makes sense now. Yeah I was thinking 15 speech and for bartering I have no idea, 10% sounds too little but 20% might be too much? And the armor/weapon smithing is a great choice to be honest because they own the mines which is their main source of income so that's perfect.
