I don't have Skyrim SE. If someone wants to convert it, please tell me ;)
OVERVIEW
15 new spells (3 for each school)
10 new weapons/shield (some of them craftable)
7 new potions and 2 new ingredientes (created in a cooking pot)
6 new special arrows
3 new accesories
3 new scrolls
2 new followers
2 new merchants (one is a fence)
Craftable lockpicks
Craftable silver weapons
Craftable crossbows without being part of the DG (only the basic crossbow)
Reduction of casting sound of fire, frost and shock runes from Loud to Normal
