This weapon functions identically to the Dawnguard Rune Hammer. It places a Fire Rune when you bash.
I liked the effect and thought it would be cool for stealth characters to place magical traps to lure enemies into.
The dagger is found right outside of the entrance to the cave that leads to Fort Dawnguard. Refer to the image for location.
