I present you The ultimate Skyrim Spell and Shout Voice Control.

What does it do?

-It equips spells and shouts just by saying their name.
-It equips and uses lvl1,2 or 3 shouts by saying the name of the shout and 1/2/3 depending on the tier you want.
AND ALL OF THIS IN LESS THAN 1 SECOND!!

AND THE BEST PART:

-It's compatible with everything as it uses only the in-game console and a macro free software called VoiceMacro.

YOU CAN INSTALL IT ON ANY VERSION OF SKYRIM,ANY! Oldrim,Skyrim Special edition,Base Skyrim,you name it!

Wait,did i mention that the installation is as simple as dropping a bunch of txt in skyrim's folder,installing Voice Macro and importing an XML file?

[Installation]
It's extremely easy to install:
1.Drop the .txt files in the main Skyrim Folder.
2.Download VoiceMacro from http://www.voicemacro.net/
3.Run VoiceMacro in ADMINISTRATOR MODE
4.Import the Xml in VoiceMacro file with the macros(choose between the version that says "X Spell Equipped" after you equip a spell and the version which doesn't)
5.Train the Windows Speech Recognizer at least 3 times(for improved speech recognition)

6.(OPTIONAL-Courtesy of Deathneko11)You can make the console barely visibile during executing by adding at the end of Skyrim.ini in Documents/My games/Skyrim folder this lines:

[Compatibility]
It's compatible with almost everything,but if you have a different key than Z for shouts or |\(the key above Tab) for opening the console it won't work.
If you have changed the default skyrim spell id's those won't work either.
